Eligibility Criteria
1. Students
- Age 18–35 years

- Permanent or contract teachers under Punjab Teachers Foundation
- Age up to 55 years
- Valid driving license
3. Government Employees (BPS 1-16)
- Active employees in Punjab government
- Service certificate and department NOC required
